Membership Renewal and Refund Policy

We value our members and want to make sure everyone has a clear understanding of our renewal process. As part of our updated policy, we do not offer refunds for membership renewals. To avoid being automatically renewed, members must remove their credit card information from their account prior to their renewal date.

We send four reminder emails leading up to the renewal deadline, so please keep an eye on your inbox for these important notifications. It’s your responsibility to ensure your billing preferences are up to date.

If your membership is automatically renewed, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances.
Removing your credit card information ensures you will not be auto-renewed.
